All products offered for sale on this website can be purchased by using either your MASTERCARD or VISA credit card. Customers may also shop online using a debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard symbol.

For customers who prefer to purchase books and other products via U.S. mail, we offer a certified money order payment option. Money orders can be obtained by visiting a local bank or post office. Many supermarkets such as Safeway and Fred Meyer also offer this service at their customer service desks. Please note that no personal checks or purchase orders will be accepted, and that orders accompanied by personal checks or purchase orders will not be processed.

To order products with a money order, please follow these instructions:

1. On our website, add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click "calculate." Your calculated total should include shipping and handling.

2. Please type the appropriate information in each form field on the order page, inserting the phrase "MONEY ORDER" in the credit card number field. Leave the remaining credit card fields (such as billing address, cardholder's name, and expiration date) blank. Do NOT click the "submit" button.

3. Print two copies of the order: one to keep for your records and another to mail to us. Please double-check that all of the appropriate fields are filled in completely and printed correctly. No hand-written order forms will be accepted.

4. Send a copy of the order form plus a money order for the EXACT AMOUNT calculated (including shipping and handling) to:
